General Introduction A liquid preservative made of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin.Ethylhexylglycerin can improve the antiseptic ability of phenoxyethanol by affecting the surface tension of microbial cell membrane. It has broad-spectrum inhibitory effect on bacteria, mold and yeast, and hascertain bactericidal ability. BI PEG is very stable, not easy to hydrolyze, has a good tolerance to temperature and pH value. It has good solubility and can also be well dispersed in various systems at low temperature. It is widely used in cream, lotion, shampoo, shower gel and wipes.   Applications
